Cancelled – Special Committee of the Whole Meeting
This meeting will be closed to the public under the following section of the Community Charter to discuss matters related to Legal Advice - {Section 90(1)(i)} The receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
Land Acknowledgement
The CVRD is in the ancestral and unceded territories of First Nations including (but not limited to) Quw'utsun (Cowichan Tribes), MÁLEXEŁ (Malahat), BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin), c̓uubaʕsaʔtx̣ (Ts'uubaa-asatx), xeláltxw (Halalt), Spune’luxutth (Penelakut), Stz'uminus, Leey’qsun (Lyackson), Diitiidʔaaʔtx̣ (Ditidaht) and P’a:chi:da?aht (Pacheedaht) Peoples.
