Here is some general information about our Meeting Rooms:

  • Meeting Rooms include Wi-Fi, TV screens with HDMI cords, and Dry Erase Boards.
  • Seating for 10-110 depending on room size and set-up.
  • Set-ups include boardroom, classroom, or lecture style.
    • Arbutus Room: 3m x 4m (10’ x 12’)
    • Board Room: 8m x 9m (26’ x 30’)
    • Koksilah Room: 6m x 10m (21’ x 33’)
    • Maple Room: 7m x 8m (22’ x 25’)
    • Nitinat Room: 6m x 9m (21’ x 31’)
    • Quamichan Room: 6m x 7m (21’ x 24’)
    • Somenos Room: 6m x 15m (21’ x 49’)
    • James Street Studio 8 m x 9 m (28′ x 31′)
