Development & Zoning

On this page you will find information specific to the work being done by the Development Services Division. Planners within this Division are  responsible for implementing current land use planning policies and regulations, as well as assessing development applications such as development permits, rezoning applications and subdivision referrals. Planners in this division are also responsible for responding to a variety of public enquiries. On this page you will also find information specific to the Community Planning Division including heritage projects, design projects and housing statistics.
