Special Events
We offer many special events during the year for our community to come out and enjoy, such as our Artisan Christmas Craft Fair and Tea Party. Check back regularly to see what’s coming up!
Celebrate Canada’s birthday at our annual, family-friendly event featuring live entertainment, games, crafts, food concessions, and free birthday cookies. For the most up-to-date information, please visit www.shawniganlakecommunityassociation.ca.

Step into the holiday spirit at the Shawnigan Lake Craft Fair! Browse over 70 tables filled with unique, handcrafted gifts created by talented local artisans. While you shop, enjoy a bowl of soup, tasty sandwiches, and festive treats from Mrs. Claus’s concession. This event is open to independent artisans only – no agents or company representatives. Vendor set up cannot include tents or large furniture; extra space around tables is not permitted. A special registration date is listed below.
