This class covers the very basics of early gymnastics. Practicing the fundamental first steps to beginner gymnastics skills through playful and engaging circuit-based classes and coaching. This is a parent participation class.
This is a non-competitive class covering the basics of gymnastics, including fundamental skills, safe falling and landing techniques. This course is a
fun and engaging introduction to gymnastics.
This program is designed to introduce your child to the fundamental movements of skating on ice and help them improve their skating in a fun and motivating way. If your child is thinking about joining hockey or just wants to try a new activity this is a great option!
This skate is a great opportunity to introduce your toddler to ice skating. Parents must participate on the ice and will have access to toys and games. An instructor can also be requested to provide tips, and informal instruction to parents. Helmets are strongly
recommended but not supplied.
