The Fitness Centre will be closed on the following dates:
Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, Labor Day, National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

This orientation is lead by our licensed fitness instructor Erica Lambert. Those aged 13 – 15 who wish to use the fitness centre, are required to take our fitness centre orientation. This 30-minute session will provide you with essential information to help you get started on an exercise
program, as well as basic equipment use and tips on weight training to prevent injury to yourself or damage to the equipment. Once the instructor has demonstrated the appropriate use of equipment in the facility, you will conduct a demonstration on specific pieces of equipment,
if requested and time permits. At the end of the orientation, the instructor will provide you with a membership card and three free drop-in passes.

Teens aged U16 must have completed fitness centre orientation

Improve your overall fitness, stay motivated and achieve your goals by working with our certified personal trainer! Our registered BCRPA personal trainer will work with you one on one to design a specialized workout program specific to your needs and fitness goals. In addition to your one on one training session, you will learn proper form and technique to avoid injury. Your first training session will include a full evaluation so our trainer can help you achieve your goals.
Training sessions must be booked by Friday at noon.
