Brulette Place Sewer System

Brulette Place Sewer System is located east of Mill Bay in Area A.  The system provides service for 58 homes within two residential strata developments.

System Overview

The sewage collection flows by gravity to two pump stations, which pump to separate treatment facilities and separate ground disposal fields. 

The system is planned to be connected to the Mill Bay Wastewater system as part of the Integration project. The sewer main to the new treatment plant has been installed. To complete the connection, a new pump station will be required at Shawnigan Creek.

This system does not currently have capacity for any additional connections or inclusions. Further development would require developer-funded system upgrades to create additional capacity.
