Date: Tuesday, June 9, 2026 beginning at 5:00 p.m.

The Application for OCP Amendment and Rezoning Amendment Application No. RZ25E01 will host a Public Information Meeting. Presentations by the applicant and CVRD staff followed by a question-and-answer session.

The application proposes to rezone and redesignate the subject property to permit a 17 lot bare land strata subdivision with a minimum parcel size of 0.2 ha; and to realign and increase the park area.
