Curbside Collection Tote Request & Exchange Form

This form is used to submit a request only and does not result in an automatic change to your curbside collection service. All submissions are reviewed by CVRD staff, who will contact you to confirm available options, applicable fees, and next steps.

USE THIS FORM TO:

  1. Replace a broken or missing tote or glass bin a, b
  2. Exchange a tote for one of a different size a, b, c
  3. Receive a set of new totes/bin (only new build/previously unserviced) or add additional totes/bins c

a. Tote exchanges and/or replacements are conducted at Bings Recycling Centre at 3900 Drinkwater Rd, Duncan and are subject to a $35 administration fee per occurrence. Customers with lost, broken or stolen totes may be required to pay a replacement fee. Annual utility bill increases will occur with tote upgrades or by adding additional totes.
b. Customers may request the CVRD to pick-up/deliver totes at a fee of $50 per occurrence.
c. The owner of a dwelling must consent to any increase in the number of totes or glass bins, or for any increase in the size of organics and garbage totes as these changes affect the annual utility bill.
