Requests for Access to Information
Routine requests for information i.e., records such as meeting minutes and agendas that are available on-line or in person at the CVRD office located at 175 Ingram Street, Duncan, BC, during regular office hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, should be directed to the respective department or division at 250.746.2500 or toll free at 1.800.665.3955.
Non routine requests for information, (i.e., birthdate, personal telephone number or mailing address, draft reports, closed session minutes, etc.), must be submitted, in writing, to the CVRD Information and Privacy Officer for review utilizing the PDF fillable Request for Access to Records Form and a Consent to Release to a Third Party Form, if applicable.
