The region's flagship facility, in Duncan, is a fully accessible, multi-featured aquatic venue with full size pools, steam room, sauna and swirl pool. There are fitness classes, a full fitness centre, meeting spaces, and facilities to host events.  Activities take place in the 25-metre competitive pool, and 25-metre wide wave pool (warm-up pool). There are one and three-metre diving boards, a 12ft depth, lazy river, twin waterslides, swirl pool, sauna and steam rooms. Change rooms have private and communal showers.
