WHAT’S HAPPENING?

The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) wants your ideas for Little Beach Park on the Upper Cowichan River!

Located on Greendale Road in Electoral Area F – Cowichan Lake South/Skutz Falls, Little Beach Park is a well-known and popular spot on the upper Cowichan River for swimming, tubing, paddling, shoreline fishing and other river-based activities. 

With CVRD’s recent acquisition of Little Beach to manage as a park for the community, park users and residents are being invited to share thoughts and ideas for improvements and amenities that can enhance the experience and long-term management of this popular local park.

Getting in or out of the river, accessing the park from Greendale Road, or…??? What do you see as needed to improve Little Beach?  

 Join us at the open house and/or complete the online survey to share your thoughts on establishing park priorities for the years ahead!

Little Beach Park is a popular summer tubing destination on the Cowichan River, and also provides year-round access for other recreational users such as fisherpersons and paddle sport enthusiasts, as well as swift water training grounds for local first responders.
