Quarry Nature Park is a feature park in the Cobble Hill village area (Electoral Area C) that is home to both the South Cowichan Community Off Leash Dog Park and Cleasby Bike Park. The park is also the starting point for people using Cobble Hill Mountain and connects to the trails within the Cobble Hill Mountain Regional Recreation Area. Galliers Park, located at 1142 Gallier Road, Cobble Hill, is conveniently located within walking distance of the village of Cobble Hill. This 0.42 hectare park is equipped with a playground and sport court along with a picnic area and seasonal toilet facilities. There are walking trails which are accessed from the parking lot. The park is also near public transit. To get here go west off the Trans-Canada Highway onto Shawnigan Lake/Cobble Hill Road. Take a left onto Galliers Road and its on the right hand side after Soren Place.

Cobble Hill Mountain Regional Recreation Area is a popular destination for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The Recreation Area is made up of 26 kilometres of signed trails ranging in difficulty from easy to double-track to technical single-track. These trails lead through a variety of forest ecosystems and feature several viewpoints that collectively offer a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. Cobble Hill Common is an open, greenspace area in the heart of the cobble hill village. The space is used during the summer for various events but more specifically for "Music in the Park".
