On January 15, 2025, the CVRD Special EASC and Special Board meetings will be held virtually, as the CVRD boardroom is unavailable on that date.

Rather than being live-streamed, the meetings will be recorded, and video links will be made available afterward.

We welcome public participation and members of the public who wish to provide virtual input on the January 15, 2025 agenda items can do so. Here’s how:

• Public Input Period takes place near the beginning of each meeting. Requests to join Public Input virtual meeting to provide input and comments about agenda items can be emailed to legislativeservices@cvrd.bc.ca up to noon the day prior to the meeting. The first five requestors will be sent a link to the virtual meeting. The duration of Public Input Period is 15 minutes and each participant is allotted 3 minutes.
• Question Period takes place near the end of each Meeting. Requests to join Question Period virtually can be emailed to: legislativeservices@cvrd.bc.ca The duration of Question Period is 15 minutes and each speaker is permitted to ask a question and one follow-up question pertaining to the same question.
