Illegally dumping yard waste and organics in the woods runs the risk of introducing new species to our environment. 

Bring your old plants, yard waste, and any other organic waste to a CVRD Recycling Centre for proper disposal.  Residential quantities of yard waste are accepted free of charge at CVRD Recycling Centres and Fisher Road Recycling in the south end.
