Today, World Water Day, March 22, the CVRD is pleased to share the news of the BC government’s announcement at the Cowichan Lake Weir of the $14 million contribution and support of the weir replacement project.

The CVRD looks forward to continuing collaboration with partners, Cowichan Tribes, Cowichan Watershed Board and Paper Excellence on this shared journey of ensuring a healthy river and watershed for all animals, plants and humans.
