[ARCHIVED] Curbside Recycling Service Updates October 18 & 19

Disruptions to curbside recycling collection will occur this week due to multiple mechanical failures that affect two of three collection vehicles.
The following routes and neighbourhoods will be affected Tuesday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 19:

Tuesday, October 18

Recycling Route 3 Shawnigan Village – proceeding as scheduled
Recycling Route 5 Cobble Hill – Cancelled


Wednesday, October 19

Recycling Route 4 Telegraph – Cancelled
Garbage and Recycling Route G3 Cherry Point – Proceeding as scheduled

Residents on the cancelled routes are asked to be Bear Aware and bring in recycling totes until the next scheduled collection day: TUESDAY, November 1 or WEDNESDAY, November 2.
