[ARCHIVED] CVRD adjusts service to reflect new provincial health orders

In response to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases and new provincial orders and guidelines from Dr. Bonnie Henry, the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) is requiring all persons entering its buildings to wear a mask.
