Effective August 1 the CVRD free yard and garden waste drop-off service for south end residents will move from Central Landscape Supplies to Fisher Road Recycling in Cobble Hill. Fisher Road Recycling is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Sunday. In addition to free drop off service at Fisher Road Recycling, free drop off service of yard waste is also available at: Bings Creek Recycling Centre; Peerless Road Recycling Centre; and Mead Creek Recycling Centre
