The watermain replacement contract has been awarded to David Stalker Excavating Ltd.  The work consists of replacing all service connections to the property line of individual water connections, as well as increasing the size of the watermains to 6 inch.  The project includes abandoning a section of watermain currently located behind homes on Chemoy road.  This section has had a history of watermain failures and will be re-routed to permit servicing from Chemoy Road.  Traffic control will be onsite and disruption to the traffic flow will be minimal.
