IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sandy Pool Park Temporary Closure
February 18, 2026
The park, trails, and service road access will be closed to the public and drift boat users on Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for tree maintenance within the park.
Please obey all posted signage and barriers at this time.
Land Acknowledgement
The CVRD is in the ancestral and unceded territories of First Nations including (but not limited to) Quw'utsun (Cowichan Tribes), MÁLEXEŁ (Malahat), BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin), c̓uubaʕsaʔtx̣ (Ts'uubaa-asatx), xeláltxw (Halalt), Spune’luxutth (Penelakut), Stz'uminus, Leey’qsun (Lyackson), Diitiidʔaaʔtx̣ (Ditidaht) and P’a:chi:da?aht (Pacheedaht) Peoples.
